Hey everyone! I have just returned from the Metropolitan Museum of Art with my friend. We loved the Japanese exhibit. It's our new favorite exhibit. We both agreed it is a beautiful, relaxing and romantic place. That made me think: LOVE is a big part of the anime world.
Time for some pictures!

Love. Some say it is the most disgusting thing on earth. Some think it's sweeter than two unicorns sharing a strawberry milkshake on a rainbow made out of flowers. Some don't know what it feels like, or even what it is. If you and I were anime characters, I'm pretty sure we would feel good about love.
I don't remember watching an anime show or movie or reading an anime comic book without at least a 25% sign of love. The kind of love we're discussing is much more than friendship, though friendship is equally powerful. Replay all those movies and reread all those books in your head and think, Is there LOVE in this?

The answer should be yes and if it is not, I assume you are not reading the correct books or watching the correct movies. The big question is, why does love make its way into every place that there is anime?
The answer is simple. No more very long chain of endless possibilities, each possibility waiting for people to use their common sense and decide whether the possibility is a real possibility, the possibilities madly impatient. This time, the answer is very, very easy to figure out: There must be love.Look around you. Love is everywhere, especially where you'd least expect it. You might be thinking, No, not where I am. But if you are in school, is your teacher married? And if you are home, I'm pretty sure your parents are in love. (Unless they are divorced.) And if you are anywhere, and have a boyfriend or girlfriend, is that love? Yes, I think so. Nothing can't have love in it. This includes anime.Oh, yes. Especially anime.
